We offer a comprehensive health guarantee with a full refund. We take great care to ensure that our donkeys receive the best possible care and are kept in a closed environment to prevent any external threats. Unfortunately, we do not offer any external stud services at this time. We do ask that you refrain from visiting our foster care as a precautionary measure to ensure the safety and health of our current and future donkeys. Rest assured that our relationship with you does not end when you bring your donkey(s) home. We are always available and happy to answer any questions you may have about caring for your new family member. While we cannot guarantee that your donkey(s) will never experience a health issue, we promise to do everything we can to help ensure their well-being. Our genetic guarantee covers life-threatening, untreatable defects for up to 5 years. In the unfortunate event that your donkey develops an illness or untreatable, life-threatening defect, we will offer a replacement donkey of the same quality as the one you paid for. We also screen all visitors and run comprehensive health assessments before shipping our donkeys to ensure their utmost health and happiness. We kindly request that you take your new donkey to a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of receiving them to activate our health guarantee and ensure their continued health and happiness.
